A well-known company in the transport and logistics sector is looking to add an Inside Sales Junior to their team in Coslada.

What will be your responsibilities?
As an Inside Sales Junior, you will be part of the team responsible for managing quotations and providing support to clients in the maritime and air transport sector.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
-Preparing quotations for maritime and air traffic.
-Defining and implementing competitive pricing strategies.
-Calculating margins and costs to optimize commercial proposals.
-Managing surcharges such as fuel, security, and airport handling.
-Attending to clients in a professional and personalized manner.
-Managing and tracking sent offers.
-Collaborating with different departments to ensure comprehensive service.
-Identifying business opportunities and staying up-to-date on market trends.
-Participating in internal meetings to propose improvements and share ideas.
Requirement
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, eager to grow and contribute. We value:
-Minimum B2 level of English, both oral and written.
-Previous experience in internal or commercial sales (not essential but valuable).
-Knowledge of specific sector surcharges (fuel, security, handling) is valued.
-Ability to analyze prices and profitability margins.
-Good use of office tools (Excel, Outlook) and management systems.
-Organizational skills, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
-Proactive attitude, good communication skills, and customer orientation.
-Desire to learn and develop in the field of transport and logistics.
Offer
-Permanent contract
-Salary: €25,000 gross annual
-Full-time and 100% in-person work schedule, ideal for promoting learning and collaboration.
-Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30 (one hour for lunch).
-Location: Coslada, in well-connected facilities with a good working environment.
