Responsibilities

Manpower is currently seeking a Spare Parts Automotive Manager for one of our clients in the automotive sector in Coslada, Madrid. Would you like to be part of a leading company in its sector and work in a dynamic environment?

Main Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Manage and coordinate interventions with customers in the workshop, ensuring clear communication about the services, deadlines, and conditions.
Answer questions and provide basic technical information about products and services.

Administrative and Technical Support:
Provide administrative and technical support to the external sales team, ensuring they have the necessary information and materials for their interactions with customers.

Order Cycle Management:
Supervise the complete order cycle, from receipt to administrative closure, including invoicing, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and manufacturers.

Collaboration with the Workshop:
Work closely with the workshop staff to ensure the availability of materials required for maintenance, repair, and installation work on industrial vehicles.
Ensure efficient planning of workshop tasks based on customer needs.

Offer and Delivery Times Management:
Review offers made by external salespeople, monitor material availability, and manage delivery times to meet established deadlines.

Negotiation with Suppliers:
Negotiate with national and international suppliers to optimize prices and delivery times, always ensuring the quality of the products purchased.

Inventory Control:
Manage the inventory of parts, accessories, and technical materials, maintaining efficient control and avoiding stock shortages.

Logistics Planning and Coordination:
Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure timely deliveries and optimize warehouse processes.

Regulatory Compliance and Optimization:
Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and internal processes, optimizing operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience:
At least 3 years in logistics, purchasing, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the industrial vehicle or B2B sector.

Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with components and systems related to industrial vehicles (compressors, power take-offs, vehicle configurations, etc.). C driving license

Digital Skills:
Proficiency in CRM, ERP (SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office suite.

Languages:
Advanced English (B2 level or equivalent).

Education:
Higher Vocational Training in Automotive, Logistics, or related fields.
