Following the commitment of the regional government to decentralize culture, Madrid will host this festival along with Getafe, Coslada, San Lorenzo de El Escorial, and La Cabrera.

Furthermore, it will become a great celebration of dance as a universal language, under the direction of choreographer Blanca Li.

Thus, «it can be said that Madrid, at this moment, is the epicenter of all dance in Spain,» as highlighted by the Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Sports, Mariano de Paco Serrano.
