The post «Numerosas actividades para todos los públicos» highlights the diverse range of activities available during the San Isidro 2025 celebrations in Coslada. These festivities, organized by the Culture and Festivities Councilor, Emi Escudero, will take place from May 14 to May 18, with an extension to the weekend of May 23 to May 25 for the XXIV Dance Schools Meeting.
Emi Escudero describes the Fiestas as a popular celebration where local entities play a significant role in offering a variety of activities such as concerts, dance performances, children’s games, and gastronomic tastings. The event poster for this year was created by illustrator Eva Antelo de Anta.
The program kicks off on May 14 with the show «Dique» by Marta Pazos, part of the Madrid en Danza Festival. The main day of celebration is on May 15, featuring musical performances, cocido and rosquillas tastings, and concerts by the resident Big Bands in the municipality (Big Band Coslada and Neguri Jazz Big Band).
On May 16, there will be two musical performances by the Travelling Association and the choir of the Casa de Extremadura. The Salvador Allende Park will host children’s activities and DJ sessions on May 17. The following day, the Teatro de la Jaramilla and the Café Teatro Margarita Nelken will showcase dance and music sessions.
As a conclusion to the San Isidro 2025 celebrations, the XXIV Dance Schools Meeting will take place in Plaza Mayor from May 23 to 25, featuring schools of various dance styles such as contemporary, flamenco, urban, and classical.
Tickets for the performances at Teatro de la Jaramilla are priced at one euro and can be purchased at www.entradascoslada.com.
